At Relaxify, our goal is your peace of mind. We want every drop of our botanical oil to bring you a moment of calm. If your experience isn’t what you expected, we are here to make it right. Our policy is designed to be as stress-free as our oils.

1. The 14-Day Ritual Period

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. This gives you two full weeks to ensure Relaxify fits into your daily ritual.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the purity and hygiene of our botanical blends, we have a few simple requirements for returns:

  • The product must be unopened and unused, with the original gold-embossed seal intact.
  • The oil must be in its original luxury packaging (the box and bottle).
  • Proof of purchase (your order number or email) is required.

Note: Due to the nature of essential oils, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the seal has been broken, as we can no longer guarantee the purity of the blend.

3. Damaged or Leaking Items (Our Guarantee)

We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but we know the journey to your doorstep can sometimes be bumpy.

  • If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, please take a photo and contact us at relaxifyoil1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will ship a fresh replacement bottle to you immediately, free of charge. Your calm shouldn't have to wait.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to relaxifyoil1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • Original Payment: Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or Card) within 5-7 business days.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue Relaxify Store Credit instantly so you can try a different size or product.
